1. Introduction

By accessing or using our website and software services (including SaaS, CRM, ERP, Inventory, and E-commerce solutions), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

BlackSilver Technology provides:

SaaS-based software solutions (CRM, Inventory, School ERP, E-commerce)
Custom software and website development
Lifetime and monthly subscription options
Free deployment & 3 months complimentary support for new clients

All services are provided according to the chosen plan or custom agreement between the client and BlackSilver Technology.

3. Use of Services

You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
You agree not to use our platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
BlackSilver Technology reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse resources.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payments are due in advance for all monthly or lifetime services.
All prices are displayed in INR (₹) unless otherwise specified.
Once services are activated or deployment is completed, no refunds will be issued, except in special cases approved by management.
Lifetime deals include 3 months of free support; extended maintenance may require an AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract).

5. Deployment and Support

Free deployment and 3 months of free support are included with all new projects.
After the free support period, clients may choose a paid support plan or AMC for continued updates and technical assistance.
We provide 24×7 support via WhatsApp and email for active clients.
BlackSilver Technology is not liable for delays caused by client-side dependencies, such as domain or hosting issues.

6. Intellectual Property

All source code, UI designs, and proprietary modules developed by BlackSilver Technology remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
Clients are granted a non-transferable, limited license to use the deployed software for their business purposes.
Unauthorized resale, copying, or redistribution of our software is strictly prohibited.

7. Data Privacy

We value your privacy. Any personal or business data shared with us will be kept confidential and used only for service purposes.
We do not sell or share client data with third parties without consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

BlackSilver Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
We are not responsible for downtime, loss of data, or third-party service interruptions (e.g., hosting or payment gateways).
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service in question.

9. Modifications and Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if:

The user violates these terms.
The user engages in harmful or fraudulent activity.
Payments or renewals are not made on time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh courts.
